Our Facilities

Mai'da's kitchens are built with technology and authenticity in mind, combining state-of-the-art equipment and traditional cooking methods, and eliminating the need for mass-produced and pre-prepared elements.

Our kitchens boast vast segregated and modern preparation areas to guarantee food safety and zero cross-contamination, the latest in storage and large refrigeration units to keep all of our produce fresh and clean, and separate cleaning facilities which allow us to wash and sterilise all of our crockery, cutlery and glassware before being stored safely, ready for new use.

It's not just the technology that makes our kitchen special; our floor plan is spacious and easily accessible, enabling us to maintain a clean environment and ensure a safe, adaptable working space for our staff whatever the size of the event.

Our preparation areas are designed to maximise communications between chefs, creating a harmonious and efficient atmosphere in which the team can work their magic without delays, fuss, or mistakes.

We endeavour to maintain our standard of technological and culinary excellence by ensuring that we invest in the best material and that all of our staff are trained not only in new technological innovations but also in contemporary cooking traditions. All of our preparation and production methods obey the Food Standard Agency regulations, and we regularly train our staff to ensure compliance with new approaches and laws.

Being at the forefront of this combined food-technology revolution allows us to invest in the trusted as well as the experimental, always pushing boundaries into new and exciting areas whilst paying homage to our roots. This is the core of our kitchen and constitutes the core of our beliefs, that the old and the new have a place together and that they can exist in harmony to consistently create the best.
